Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, WebCoreAgency has a strict refund policy:

1. No Refund After Delivery: Once services are delivered, refunds will not be issued.

2. Cancellation Before Start: If the client cancels before work begins, a partial refund (minus transaction fees) may be considered.

3. Delivery Failure: If WebCoreAgency fails to deliver the promised service, a partial refund may be evaluated within a 7-day window.

4. Abuse of Policy: Misuse of the refund process may result in service termination.
